Crowd-sourcing this question across multiple channels. For those who aren’t familiar with the status quo, the coordinators (who are elected/appointed in) have limited decision-making authority due to the bylaws (for good or bad). Most major changes have to be approved by majority vote through our voting body (Council) which consists of one representative per full member chronicle in or organization. The decisions that are voted on by this 150+ person group range from changes to our bylaws to who can play a rare and unusual character in a chronicle to being judge & jury in a disciplinary issue.
How can we improve the administrative decision-making process in OWBN?
